Paslaugų teikimo taisyklės
1. Bendrosios nuostatos
1.1. Šios taisyklės galioja visiems pirkimams svetainėje www.mbd4x4.lt. 1.2. Pirkėjas, atlikdamas užsakymą, patvirtina, kad sutinka su šiomis sąlygomis.
2. Apmokėjimas ir gamyba
2.1. Atsiskaitymai vykdomi per Stripe, PayPal arba tiesioginiu bankiniu pavedimu.
2.2. Užsakymas pradedamas gaminti tik gavus pilną apmokėjimą. Įprastas gamybos ir įvykdymo terminas – 10–12 darbo dienų.
2.3. Dėl skubaus užsakymo būtina susitarti iš anksto el. paštu mbd@mbd4x4.lt.
3. Garantinės sąlygos
3.1. Metalinėms dalims suteikiama viso gyvenimo garantija konstrukcijai. Garantija netaikoma dažų dangai bei mechaniniams pažeidimams, atsiradusiems dėl netinkamo naudojimo.
3.2. LED žibintams suteikiama 12 mėnesių garantija.
3.3. Svarbu dėl LED žibintų: Garantija netaikoma, jei žibintai buvo plaunami aukšto slėgio vandens srove arba tvirtinami kitokiu būdu, nei numatyta gamintojo.
4. Grąžinimas ir keitimas
4.1. Prekės yra negrąžinamos, kadangi jos yra 100% pritaikytos ir tinka konkretiems automobilių modeliams. 4.2. Jei Pirkėjas suklydo užsakymo metu (pasirinko netinkamą modelį), galimas prekės apkeitimas į kitą panašios vertės prekę, šalims susitarus atskirai.
4.3. LED žibintų pristatymo laiką rekomenduojame pasitikslinti prieš užsakant.
Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms apply to all purchases made on www.mbd4x4.lt.
1.2. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Payment and Production
2.1. Payments are accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or direct bank transfer.
2.2. Production begins only after full payment is received. Standard lead time is 10–12 working days.
2.3. For urgent orders, please contact mbd@mbd4x4.lt for a separate agreement prior to ordering.
3. Warranty
3.1. Metal parts come with a lifetime warranty for the structure. This warranty does not cover the paint coating or damage caused by improper use.
3.2. LED lights are covered by a 12-month warranty.
3.3. Important for LED lights: The warranty is strictly void if the lights are washed with high-pressure water streams or mounted in a manner other than specified by the manufacturer.
4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1. Items are non-refundable as they are 100% compatible and tailored for the specified vehicle models.
4.2. If the Buyer makes an error during the ordering process, an exchange for items of similar value may be possible upon mutual agreement.
4.3. We recommend verifying the delivery time for LED lights before placing an order.
